We Are Temporarily Suspending Selling Wines in the US

For many years now, we have been sending parcels to the USA only via the Post of Slovenia. However, as of September 15th, this provider introduced restrictions, which you can read about below:  

Acceptance of goods shipments to the USA - GIFTS

Pošta Slovenije informs its customers that as of September 15, 2025, it will reintroduce the acceptance of parcel shipments to the USA. Shipping is permitted only for goods that are classified as gifts in accordance with US law (§ 10.152 CBP).
For goods to be classified as gifts, the following conditions must be met:
• the item was already owned by the sender and is given to the recipient of the shipment free of charge,
• the item is not obtained through purchase, exchange, promise of payment or similar transaction,
• the value of the gift does not exceed 100 USD,
• the shipment is clearly marked as a gift (marked "Gift" on the CN23/eCN23 form),
• alcoholic and tobacco products are not allowed to be sent as gifts,
• the gift is sent by an individual to another individual (C2C); If the gift is sent by a company, a written statement from the company that it is a gift must be included (attached in a transparent pocket on the outside of the shipment). 

So now (until we organize shipping through another carrier) we only ship alcohol-free products and register the shipment as a gift. To receive the package, you should confirm it's a gift; otherwise, they'll reject your package and send it to Trump. Please don't give him that pleasure! He doesn't deserve the world's finest extra virgin olive oil!
