Made from organic Tonda Iblea and Nocellara green olives, this spread is crafted by stoning and blending the olives with extra virgin olive oil and traditional Iblean spices - mint, oregano, and chili pepper. Best enjoyed uncooked on bruschetta, or as a flavorful dressing for main dishes.
