FRESH FARM OLIVE OIL
DEORTEGAS FRANTOIO
Tasting this olive oil we find intense fruity and floral aroma with shades of cut grass and olive leaf. This combination is very characteristic of Frantoio.
We can also smell some banana and apple aromas. A mild velvety taste comes in the beginning, then the palate fills with a light bitterness.
Frantoio sees us off with a distinctive spicy and peppery sensation and a long fruity aftertaste with hints of tropical citrus.
DEORTEGAS HOJIBLANCA
Organic olive oil Hojiblanca brings a wide range of flavors: a fresh fruity aroma and seductive light sweetness, a complex and powerful taste of unripe olives, and a strong apple and almond finish with a light touch of cut grass. Of course, it also features a rich bitter, spicy, and peppery aftertaste.
Hojiblanca is perfect with red meats, fish, and vegetables. We also recommend trying this oil with mushrooms, ravioli, avocado, carpaccios, and cheeses.
