High-phenolic olive oil with an ultra-low acidity of 0.13%. Cold-pressed within 90 minutes of harvest from Makri olives grown on centuries-old trees in the Alexandroupolis PDO region. Intense aromas of green apple, green almond, banana peel, grass, and tomato. A full-bodied oil with a rich texture and a peppery finish. 

AGES by Kyklopas is best used as a finishing oil to preserve its complex aromas of tomato leaf, green apple, and banana peel. Its "sweet" start and peppery finish make it an ideal companion for Mediterranean dishes like Greek salads, grilled sea bass, or steamed wild greens. Drizzling it over warm legumes, such as fava or lentil soup, allows the heat to release the oil's grassy fragrance without destroying its healthy polyphenols.
