Coppola Sugo Bolognese Sauce - Salerno, Italy 

Coppola Sugo Bolognese: Meat-based tomato sauce made with sauté vegetables and minced pork and beef meat.

This sauce is ideal to dress flat type pasta such as tagliatelle or pappardelle and to prepare lasagna.
