White Wine Pinela Sveti Martin – Vipava, Slovenia
Vinification: Hand-harvested in September. Short maceration of a few hours, followed by fermentation on fine lees in stainless steel containers. The wine is then matured for 4 months in oak barrels to enhance its texture and aromatic complexity.
Characteristics: Pale golden yellow color with a delicate, refined bouquet. The nose reveals notes of white flowers, ripe orchard fruits, and subtle citrus. On the palate, it is fresh and lively, with vibrant acidity and a smooth, slightly creamy texture. Medium-bodied, balanced, and elegant, with a clean, mineral finish that highlights the distinct character of the Vipava Valley.
Food pairings: Light pasta dishes, grilled white fish, seafood risotto, or soft cheeses.
Serving temperature: 10 – 12° C.
