Organic White Wine Sauvignon Blanc – Prekmurje, Slovenia

A short maceration was followed by fermentation in stainless steel. The wine was then matured for three months in acacia barrels, which contributed subtle nuance to its color, aroma, and palate.

The aromas are fresh and expressive, dominated by tropical and citrus fruits, complemented by delicate hints of elderflower. These fruity characteristics carry through to the palate, where the wine shows balance and clarity of flavor.

Harmonious and rounded, the wine offers a fuller texture while maintaining the freshness typical of Sauvignon Blanc. The finish is clean and lively, with lingering fruit notes. 

Best served well chilled. Pairs well with fresh seafood, salads, goat cheese, asparagus dishes, and light poultry preparations. Recommended for drinking in its youthful stage over the next 2–3 years. Serving temperature: 8-10 °C.
