White Wine Prinčič Sauvignon – Goriška Brda, Slovenia

Vinification: Grapes pressed, must decanted. Fermentation of the must takes place in a metal container at a temperature between 14-16 °C. After alcoholic fermentation, the wine is decanted and aged on fine lees for six months. The wine reflects the harmony between aroma and taste, fruitiness and freshness.

Characteristics: The wine presents a captivating bouquet and aroma, with notes of elderflower, pepper, and a touch of melon. It is full-bodied, with balanced acidity and alcohol that provide freshness and harmony. 

Food pairings: Herb fritters, pasta with herbs, fish and chicken dishes. Serving temperature: 10-12 °C.
