White Wine Prinčič Rebula – Goriška Brda, Slovenia

Vinification: The grapes are pressed, the must is decanted. The must is fermented in a metal container at a temperature between 14 and 16 °C. The wine reflects the harmony between aroma and taste, fruitiness and freshness. 

Characteristics: An elegant, delicate wine, straw yellow in color. The taste is full and reflects freshness. 

Food pairings: Aperitif, sea fish, risotto, light cheeses. Serving temperature: 10-12 °C.
