Prinčič Sivi Pinot

White Wine Prinčič Sivi Pinot – Goriška Brda, Slovenia

Vinification: The grapes are pressed, the must is decanted. The must is fermented in metal tanks at a temperature between 14 and 16 °C. The wine reflects a harmony between aroma and taste, fruitiness and freshness. 

Characteristics: Elegant, delicate wine. The taste is rich and full, reminiscent of the aroma of ripe pear, cinnamon and citrus peel. The sweetness of ethanol and higher alcohols gives us a feeling of silkiness. In the bouquet of the wine we detect tropical fruit (pineapple), which is a reflection of the mild climate. The wine has a rich taste, harmonious, and a long aftertaste. 

Food pairings: Sea fish, risotto, light cheeses. Serving temperature: 10-12 °C.
