Red Wine Prinčič Mihael Red – Goriška Brda, Slovenia

Vinification: Maceration 14 days in contact with the skins in a stainless steel container. Maturation and aging takes place for2 years in 500L oak barrel. 

Characteristics: The minerals and tones of the Brda soil are felt in the wine's rich flavor. Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Pinot Noir make up a third of the wine. Tannins are well expressed with a strongly rounded body. 

Food pairings: steaks, grilled meat, game, prosciutto. Serving temperature: 16-18 °C
