Red Wine Prinčič Cabernet Sauvignon – Goriška Brda, Slovenia

Vinification:  The grapes are destemmed and macerated in a wine vat for 25-35 days, depending on the year, classically by dipping the cap. The remaining wine maturation and aging takes place in 225 L oak barrels for eight months. 

Characteristics: Elegance and delicate tannins shape the delicate taste of the wine, the freshness of the wine emphasizes its drinkability. In the wine we perceive the harmony of forest fruits, the fullness that was formed in oak barrels. 

Food pairings: Steak in pepper sauce, cured meats, venison with rosemary. Serving temperature: 14-16 °C
