Orange Wine Prinčič Aurei Pinot – Goriška Brda, Slovenia

Vinification: Maceration 7 days in contact with the skins in a stainless steel container. Maturation and aging takes place for 9 months in 500L oak barrels. 

Characteristics: Bright amber color with distinctive pomegranate tones. A wine with a lot of personality and a bold taste. Aromas of caramel, fresh red fruits and balsamic notes are noticeable. In the aftertaste, secondary aromas of citrus, rose hip, olives and lime tree. 

Food pairings: hearty soups, light meat risotto, dishes based on sea fish, and fresh cheeses. Serving temperature: 14-15 °C
