Extra Virgin Olive Oil LISJAK CUVEE. Early harvest olive oil cold-pressed within a few hours after harvesting and obtained solely by mechanical means.
Medium-intense aroma, fresh green notes with olive leaf, artichoke, and mild herbal tones. Slight hints of apple and almond. Full-bodied olive oil with smooth fruitiness and moderate bitterness. Flavors of green herbs, fresh-cut grass, and a clean, slightly peppery finish.
