White Wine Fornazarič Rebula – Vipava Valley, Slovenia

Vinification: Hand-harvested in September. Five hours of maceration, then fermentation, and maturation on fine lees in stainless steel containers.  

Characteristics: Gentle golden-yellow color with light green hues. The bouquet is youthful, floral-fruity scents intertwined with herbal and yeasty notes. In the mouth, the wine is light, lively, and fresh. The finish is shorter. 

Food pairings: Grilled fish with green veggies, summer salads, light poultry dishes with herbs, young white cheeses. Serving temperature: 10 - 12 °C.
