White Wine Fornazarič Malvasia – Vipava Valley, Slovenia

Vinification: Hand-harvested in September. Five hours of maceration, then fermentation, and maturation on fine lees in stainless steel containers.

Characteristics: The wine is straw yellow in color. Dominated by tropical notes and a delicate scent of acacia flowers. The wine is light-bodied, tastes fruity, with an emphasis on freshness and elegance.

Food pairings: Chicken or seafood pasta with creamy sauces, grilled fish, green salads, mild cheeses. Serving temperature: 10 - 12 °C.
