Grape variety: Merlot.
Alc.: 13 % vol.
Sweetness: Dry.
Vintage: 2011 – 2013.
Volume: 750 ml.

Red Wine Constantini Merlot Eminent – Goriška Brda, Slovenia.

Vinification: Maceration 14 days on the skins in stainless steel tanks. Fermentation is completed in stainless steel tanks. Maturation: Natural maturing in oak barrels for two years. Wine is not filtered. 

Characteristics: An intense dark ruby color. Complex aromas of cherries and fine spices are well-balanced with pleasant acidity, minerals, and ripe tannins. Medium to fullbodied and elegant wine with a long, fruity aftertaste. We recommend opening the bottle one hour before tasting the wine. The aroma is fully developed through the process of decanting.

Food pairings:  Cold meats, red wine mushrooms, Florentine steak, wild boar cutlet, dumplings with game ragout, aged cheeses. Serving temperature: 18 °C.
