Red Wine Constantini LUX (Merlot & Cabernet Sauvignon) – Goriška Brda, Slovenia 

Vinification: Hand harvested at full ripeness in October. Maceration 10 days, fermentation in stainless steel tanks, maturation 2 years in Slovenian oak barrels.

Characteristics: Ruby red colour, aromas of black cherries, balsamic and almost spicy notes. A complex wine with aromatic and mineral character, pleasant acidity, and restrained tannins. 

Food pairings: Grilled meat, salmon, pheasant, duck with wine sauce, matured cheeses. Serving temperature: 18 °C.
