Vinification: Hand harvested at full ripeness in October. Maceration 10 days, fermentation in stainless steel tanks, maturation 2 years in oak barrels.

Characteristics: Ruby red color with garnet reflections. The aromas of cherries, black currants, and fine spices. Elegant, mineral, complex wine with fruity aftertaste and soft tannins.

Food pairings: Game terrine, lasagna, mushroom dishes, Mediterranean goulash, veal roast, wild duck, pheasant, matured cheeses. Serving temperature: 18 °C.
