White Wine Sveti Martin Tressa White – Vipava, Slovenia
Vinification: Short (two days) maceration in contact with the skins in a stainless steel container. Gentle compression with a pneumatic press. Maturation: up to 15 months in 500-liter acacia barrels.
Characteristics: White wine of golden yellow color with light aromas of acacia and ripe apricots. Honey notes go well with a hint of wild herbs. In the mouth, the wine is rich and mineral, with a pleasantly elegant acidity. Long lasting and dynamic aftertaste.
Food pairings: This wine can be recommended with all light to medium-aged cheeses. Also, it goes well with fish, pasta with vegetables and risotto with seafood. To serve at 12 – 14° C.
