Rose Wine Sveti Martin – Vipava Valley, Slovenia
Vinification: Short maceration in contact with the skins in a stainless steel container. Gentle compression with a pneumatic press. Maturation 6 months in oak barrels.
Characteristics: Gentle rose color. The bouquet is fresh and fruity. Notes of raspberries and grapefruit with a little dried herbs in finish. Dry in the mouth, medium-bodied, lively medium-acid and very variegated.
Food pairings: Good for chicken, duck, salmon, spinach, feta, moccarela and other soft cheeses. To serve at 12 – 15° C.
