White Wine Pinela Sveti Martin – Vipava Valley, Sl0venia
Vinification: Short maceration in contact with the skins in a stainless steel container. Gentle compression with a pneumatic press. Maturation 4 months in oak barrels.
Characteristics: The color is yellow straw with a gentle lemon shades. Subtle fruity bouquet with a hint of dried herbs and flowers. The wine has a medium body and minerality in the mouth with an oily texture and a slightly fruit charge.
Food pairings: Good with white meat, salads, vegetables and fresh soft cheeses. To serve at 12 – 14° C.
