Sparkling Wine PePi Extra Brut Sveti Martin – Vipava Valley, Slovenia
Vinification: Sparkling wine Sveti Martin PePi Extra Brut is produced according to the classic Champagne method. Maturation: secondary yeast fermentation at least 24 months.
Characteristics: Deep yellow colour with shades of green. Soft mineral taste of fresh apple, peach and pear. Well-structured, medium-bodied and very fruity wine with mellow taste and slightly spicy finish.
Food pairings: Goes well as aperitif or with different types of fish and seafood. To serve at 8 – 10° C.
