A single variety extra virgin olive oil produced from semi-ripe Makri olives harvested in early November with very low acidity. The oil is extracted within 4-8 hours of harvest and cold pressed under optimal conditions.

Extra Virgin Olive Oil Kyklopas is characterized by a fruitiness of medium intensity, with tones of red fruit, vanilla, artichoke, and tomato leaves, along with balanced bitter and spicy tones. It is best enjoyed on its own, although you can also use this fresh olive oil to accompany any of your meals.
