KOLOVI – Green Olives – Plomari Platinum – Lesvos, Greece

Selected green olives, exclusively from the local Lesvos traditional Kolovi olive varieties. Naturally fermented in brine for over 6 months, and then in white wine vinegar and extra virgin olive oil. Savour them as a snack, with cheese, or in salads!
