Vinification: Short maceration in contact with the skins in a stainless steel container. Gentle compression with a pneumatic press. Maturation 6 – 12 months in oak barrels. The wine is unfiltered and contains a minimum amount of sulfites.
Characteristics: The aroma has citrus fruits, gooseberries, and yellow apples, with blooming lindens in the background. Flavours include honeydew melon and pear. The taste is medium full and extractive with a lasting finish.
Food pairing: The wine goes really well with fish, cold cuts, white meat and medium cheese. To serve at 12-14° C.
