White Wine Cultus Malvasia – Vipava Valley, Slovenia
Vinification: Short maceration in contact with the skins in a stainless steel container. Gentle compression with a pneumatic press. Maturation 12 months in oak barrels. The wine is unfiltered and contains a minimum amount of sulfites.
Characteristics: It is a round, harmonious wine with dominant fruit aromas of apple, peach, and apricot as well as hints of acacia blossom and almonds. With medium levels of acidity and a deliciously fruity palate.
Food pairing: The wine is an ideal match for summer dishes such as grilled fish fillets, oysters, risotto, and pasta. To serve at 12-14° C.
