Red wine Lux has the bottle maturing capability of 9 years or more. Over the years of ageing, the structure and harmony of aromas gain in complexity and bouquet. The wine stays fresh, fullness of taste and vitality thanks to the micro-terroir and the natural production method.

Vinification: Maceration 10 days on the skins in stainless steel tanks. Fermentation is completed in stainless steel tanks. Maturation: natural maturing in oak barrels for three years.

Characteristics: Red wine Lux is made from grapes of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon growing in terraced vineyards. It’s a smooth and soft wine of lively dark ruby colour, with a great deal of colour, roasted aromas and flavours.
The wine offers a variety of aromas: ripe forest fruits, dark cherries, toast and pleasantly balanced taste of oak. A harmonious wine with complex and fresh taste, mineral notes and soft tannins. A fruity aftertaste.

Food pairings: Cold meats, fried liver in wine, tuna fish, salmon, steak, game terrine, roasted duck, mature cheeses. Serving temperature: 18 °C.
