Red Wine Constantini Cabernet Sauvignon Magnolia – GoriÅ¡ka Brda, Slovenia
Vinification: Maceration 10 days on the skins in stainless steel tanks. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Maturation: natural maturing in oak barrels for one year.
Characteristics: Ruby red colour with garnet reflections. The aromas of dark cherries, black currants and fine spices. Elegant, mineral and complex wine. Harmonious and fresh wine with fruity aftertaste and soft tannins.
Food pairings: Game terrine, lasagna, mushroom dishes, mediterranean goulash, tuna fish, salmon, pork, veal roast, wild duck, pheasant, mature cheeses. Serving temperature: 18 °C.
