1. Lemon-Herb Infused Olives

What you need:

  • 1 cup Halkidiki olives
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 clove garlic, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions:
